Job description
Airswift has been tasked by one of our major oil & gas clients to seek for QAQC Technical Administrator to work within their organizations located in Malaysia on a contract assignment.
Key Objectives:
- To provide and efficient administration service to Quality department. This may include filing, and archiving e.g Quality Plans, Procedures, Corrective Action Request (CAR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and other Quality related reports.
- To ensure all administration databases and tracking tools are up to date.
- To ensure all electronic filing and manual filing system are kept to date.
- To track all the RFIs and compile Inspection Reports from Third Party inspection activities and prepare Weekly Summary Progress.
- To cascade the inspection reports to all relevant party.
- To expedite all the inspection records related to Third Party Inspection.
- Expedites flow of work, and initiates follow-up when necessary
- Any other duties commensurate with this role.
Required Skills:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managing documentation of QA/QC activities in oil & gas industry, specifically on EPC Projects.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application software and filing system.
- Familiar with inspection activities process and reporting involved.
- Familiar with QAQC documentation and tracking system.
