We are currently recruiting for an experienced QHSE Superintendent to join our client’s onshore operations team. This is a shore-based rotational position supporting deepwater mobile offshore drilling units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety and environmental performance of assigned offshore drilling assets. Working closely with both offshore and onshore teams, this role ensures that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide QHSE leadership and oversight for assigned offshore drilling units.
Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with corporate QHSE policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor safety performance, incident reporting and environmental compliance across all assigned assets.
Lead audits, inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Support training, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture.
Interface with clients, regulatory bodies and internal departments to maintain strong communication and compliance alignment.
Drive a proactive culture of safety, quality and environmental responsibility across all operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QHSE Superintendent (or equivalent role) within offshore drilling.
Previous offshore experience as a Safety Supervisor (or equivalent role) onboard drillships.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
