Quality Advisor, Stafford

Location: Stafford, UK (occasional travel to Netherlands)

Duration: 12+ months (potential extension)

Outside IR35

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a risk-based overview of quality and compliance risks across vendor packages.
• Review vendor quality documentation against Employer Requirements.
• Assess workmanship and build quality relating to wiring, panels, busbars, mechanical assembly and preservation.
• Participate in audits and inspections at an oversight level.

Requirements:

• Approximately 7 years of relevant experience.
• Education at HBO level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of directives including Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive and EMC Directive.
• Familiarity with IEC standards (e.g., IEC 62271, 60076, 61439, 61850, 60204-1, 61508).
