The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be close to our onshore facilities.
  • Drive quality and risk management awareness.
  • Drive quality planning and project monitoring/assurance.
  • Ensure experience transfer.
  • Handling quality deviations.
  • Drive a culture for continual improvement within Equinor.
  • Promote LEAN activities.
  • Provide QRM related guidance, training and facilitation.
  • Be responsible for and own QRM related systems and tools.

PRO Project Control (PRC) is an organisation with responsibility for project control deliveries and quality & risk management within extended projects, studies, turn arounds and other projects on our onshore facilities in Hammerfest, Tjeldbergodden, Mongstad, Øygarden and Kårstø. The responsibility for our QRM functionis to ensure that Quality and Risk management is done in a value creating way across all the projects on the onshore facilities, and in accordance with approved guidelines and procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Relevant experience from oil and gas will be an advantage.

  • Previous experience in reporting and interacting with contractors will be an advantage.

  • Candidates that are structured and focused on timely deliveries with the right quality.

  • Solution and result oriented candidates with a commercial understanding of the business operations.

  • Candidates capable to drive improvements, standardisations and digitalisation.

  • Ability to collaborate, internally in PRO and across Equinor on all levels.

  • Fluency in Norwegian, both oral and written.
