Our client, a major Oil & Gas company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to work on an initial 12-month contract in Houston, TX area with high possibility for extension!
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conduct audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
- May require an advanced degree and 10+ years of direct experience in the field.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Has a complete understanding of Solar Projects from the ground to commissioning.
Experience required to support solar projects: installation of solar field construction, ie Civil, Pile installation, and panel installation. Industry experience required 5-10 years.
