Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
- Develop strategy and projects to reduce financial impacts due to quality issue in production, targeting specific YoY reduction of overall CoQ and CoQ per hour.
- Assure robust actions plan to reduce defects numerosity
- Assess operating rhythm for manufacturing modules Quality team NCA and RCA completion
- Assure effectiveness of Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions completion
- Strongly support on Improvement & Quality Sessions work
- Develop actions and projects to constantly reduce Escaping Defects
- Identify suppliers if there are critical overlap between different Cell/Plants
- Identify critical components/processes to increase BH controls / inspections insourcing
- Share surveillance and Audit Plan base on risk analysis
- Tier 2 special process (NTD, HT, etc.) surveillance/monitoring/audit process
- Escalation meetings – interface with Plant leader, Operations Leaders, Engineering and Procurement for critical processes
- Drive team members growth both on technical subjects as well as on quality cultural transformation and contemporary behaviour
- Embrace Company values and make them core personal values for the team
Required Qualifications
- STEM master’s or bachelor’s degree
- Enhanced experience in Manufacturing, QMS/QA/QC or Operational roles
- Previous experience as QA/QC or Operations Leader
- Fluent in English
- Technical know-how on energy subjects
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical know-how on energy markets
