Due to significant growth in our customer portfolio we are looking to bring on-board an energetic, service-minded and quality-conscious Recruitment Coordinator/Researcher

You will play an important support role in the delivery of permanent recruitment and staffing services to clients like Aker Solutions, HMH and Aker Horizons as well as other companies in the Aker group
We see this as an excellent opportunity for an aspiring individual looking to develop their recruitment skills in a high-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural setting.
You’d be joining our 28-strong team of advisers, recruiters, coordinators and managers who work within temporary staffing, permanent recruitment and executive search

What you will be doing:

  • Working in partnership with a diverse team of talented recruiters and advisers
  • Communicating with applicants and processing them in our recruitment systems
  • Researching relevant markets and searching for candidates, thereby helping to develop talent pipelines, especially within technical, engineering and project execution disciplines
  • Composing and publishing compelling job adverts in different channels
  • Supporting the planning and execution of recruitment/attract campaigns & events
  • Coordinating and booking interviews with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • Arranging, conducting, and documenting professional reference checks
  • Coordinating background screening processes
  • Preparing and drafting permanent employment contracts
  • Providing reliable administrative support, as required, such as collating and transferring candidate documents, raising invoices etc.

The person we’re looking for:

  • Is animated about recruitment because they understand that it is about changing people’s lives for the better
  • Has a university degree and 1-2 years of recruitment (or HR) experience in a support-oriented role

  • Should have bundles of energy, and be prepared to work in a hectic environment in which the ability to prioritise tasks and take initiative is paramount
  • Is comfortable working in multiple systems and has a keen eye for detail, quality and data accuracy
  • Will bring infectious enthusiasm, determination and positivity into our team
  • Must be good at and enjoy talking with people from all walks of life, and can ideally do so comfortably in both English and Norwegian
