Embedded Recruiters (4+ Years) Responsibilities: Candidate must have working experience in any one of the domain Oil & Gas/Plant Engineering/Refineries or Embedded. Need to work closely with the hiring managers. Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy. Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within engineering industry. Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies. Stakeholders Management Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process. Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioural based approach and screening criteria. Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms. Proactively build pipeline and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools. Maintain relations with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture current market intelligence.
