REF# 63732 Business Development Manager, Project (Oil and Gas)


  • Acquire new business GP for the Projects vertical
  • Attend and complete the designated training for this role
  • Executive level engagement for new opportunities
  • Grow the Projects, Mining + Oil & Gas Verticals with new opportunities and Market Intelligence
  • Support New Business with regards to signing on additional business
  • Close collaboration with Company Product Leads
  • Building and Maintaining relationship with key business partners
  • Legal reviews of contracts awarded
  • Contract negotiations and signing off of new opportunities by relevant Executive Sponsor
  • Profit maximization on business tendered for
  • Tender, proposal, and contract development
  • Stakeholder account and relationship management (both internal and external)
  • Business value propositions
  • Consultative selling
  • Opportunity analysis and qualification
  • Fulfil reporting requirements including but not limited to CRM Tool management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a corporate environment
  • Extensive travel both locally and internationally for client visits
