- Acquire new business GP for the Projects vertical
- Attend and complete the designated training for this role
- Executive level engagement for new opportunities
- Grow the Projects, Mining + Oil & Gas Verticals with new opportunities and Market Intelligence
- Support New Business with regards to signing on additional business
- Close collaboration with Company Product Leads
- Building and Maintaining relationship with key business partners
- Legal reviews of contracts awarded
- Contract negotiations and signing off of new opportunities by relevant Executive Sponsor
- Profit maximization on business tendered for
- Tender, proposal, and contract development
- Stakeholder account and relationship management (both internal and external)
- Business value propositions
- Consultative selling
- Opportunity analysis and qualification
- Fulfil reporting requirements including but not limited to CRM Tool management
- Ability to work under pressure in a corporate environment
- Extensive travel both locally and internationally for client visits
