Retail Development Manager

The oil products’ market in Cambodia is relatively small but competition is fierce with a number of local and international players crowding the market. Local players with very good connections to government are every aggressive in development of new service station and could obtain licenses for every location.

• Develop new service stations subject to budget availability.
• Develop new business opportunities in the Retail Department
• Identify and secure potential locations for new stations across Cambodia.
• Support station renovation and knock-down/rebuild projects.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Division on station design and construction.
• Assist in SFS (Shop, Food, Services) development and station segmentation.
• Manage contract renewals and expirations for existing stations.
• Monitor competitor development plans and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with Retail Steerco strategies and policies.
• Coordinate with Singapore retail development team for updates and alignment.
• Ensure dealer compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Support license acquisition for new and existing stations.
• Develop long-term retail development plans.
• Assist in expanding the contractor network to accelerate development.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in oil and retail market development.
• Strong understanding of service station operations and customer needs.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Having a valid driving license.
