The position

By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver specialist services related to employee relations activities for Equinor. 

  • Be part of a global team and take part in developing the collective employment relations function in Equinor. 

  • Responsible for assessing, developing and support implementation of different HR policies. 

  • The positions will offer opportunities for tasks and development across the company.

  • Undertake and be involved in a variety of tasks and perform cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

We currently have a group of around 20 dedicated specialists located in Stavanger, Bergen, Oslo, Hammerfest, Kårstø, Aberdeen and Rio de Janeiro.

  • Master’s degree, preferably within law, business administration, economics or similar.

  • You preferably have minimum 7-10 years of experience. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytic and strategic skills, and a systematic work approach with ability to drive continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian.

  • Experience from work with unions will be of advantage. 

  • Motivated to continuously learn, develop and work independently.
