The position
By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:
Deliver specialist services related to employee relations activities for Equinor.
Be part of a global team and take part in developing the collective employment relations function in Equinor.
Responsible for assessing, developing and support implementation of different HR policies.
The positions will offer opportunities for tasks and development across the company.
Undertake and be involved in a variety of tasks and perform cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
We currently have a group of around 20 dedicated specialists located in Stavanger, Bergen, Oslo, Hammerfest, Kårstø, Aberdeen and Rio de Janeiro.
You

Master’s degree, preferably within law, business administration, economics or similar.
You preferably have minimum 7-10 years of experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytic and strategic skills, and a systematic work approach with ability to drive continuous improvement.
Fluent in English and Norwegian.
Experience from work with unions will be of advantage.
Motivated to continuously learn, develop and work independently.
