DAY IN THE LIFE: 

• Perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical/hydraulic repairs on various equipment, including generators, transmissions, pumps, and drivetrains, both in-shop and in remote field locations.

• Diagnose defects, conduct performance testing, and ensure repaired equipment meets operational standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, time sheets, and safety reports, while complying with all workplace safety policies and regulations.

• Respond to on-call field service needs, work independently under pressure, and adapt to flexible work schedules and travel requirements.

• Communicate effectively within a team, report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement in operations and customer service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate from vocational school, technical school, and/or an associate’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Must pass Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Check
• Lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Be available for 24-hour on-call to the field when required
