Overview
Leap29 is recruiting experienced Level 1 and Level 3 Riggers who are ARAMCO Approved and have demonstrated expertise in heavy lifting operations across both onshore and offshore environments. These roles are long‑term contract opportunities within major Saudi Arabian projects, offering excellent stability, strong earning potential, and comprehensive family health benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Execute safe and efficient rigging, lifting, and load‑handling operations in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with lifting supervisors, crane operators, and site teams to ensure correct rigging configurations.
Inspect, maintain, and verify rigging gear and lifting equipment prior to use.
Follow ARAMCO safety procedures, lift plans, and permit-to-work systems.
Assist in the setup of complex lifting operations, including heavy and oversized loads.
Support both routine and non-routine lifting activities on onshore and offshore sites.
Ensure compliance with all HSE standards, reporting hazards and participating in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
For Level 1 Riggers
- Valid ARAMCO Approval / Certification for Rigger Level 1.
- Recognised rigging and lifting training from an accredited body.
- Competency in basic rigging techniques, signals, and equipment checks.
For Level 3 Riggers
- Valid ARAMCO Approval / Certification for Rigger Level 3.
- Advanced lifting and rigging qualifications (e.g., LEEA, TUV, or equivalent).
- Proven experience with heavy lifting, complex lift planning support, and high‑risk rigging operations.
HSE Requirements (All Levels)
Strong understanding of HSE regulations, safe lifting practices, and hazard mitigation.
Knowledge of LOLER, OSHA, or equivalent international safety standards.
Valid HSE certifications (minimum):
- Basic Safety Training
- H2S & BA (where applicable)
- First Aid/CPR
- Ability to follow risk assessments, lift plans, and permit-to-work systems with precision.
Experience Requirements
Prior experience on major industrial, construction, marine, or oil & gas projects.
Demonstrable background in heavy lifting operations using cranes, hoists, and rigging assemblies.
Previous onshore and/or offshore experience is strongly preferred.
Must already be based in Saudi Arabia with:
- Saudi Nationality OR
- Valid Iqama for Expat candidates
