Will be responsible for securing ROW for pipeline, roads, locations, and all other operation functions. Handles inquiries and issues of EOG lessors and royalty owners. Will settle damages for any operation work to be performed. Coordinate the staking of locations with the drilling, land, and exploration departments.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred. At least 5 years’ experience conducting negotiations with strong emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written along with superior communication and organizational skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance driven, team-oriented environment. Position will be filled commensurate with experience.
Good driving record required.
