Sales Manager- North

Purposes

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
• Oversee budget management to optimize resource allocation and financial outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales domain.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional efforts.- 
• Report on sales performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Support the development of new business initiatives to expand market presence

The Sales Manager- North position is responsible for :- 

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage and optimize the allocated budget to maximize sales performance.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.

• Qualification level required for the position : Level 6 = Bachelor’s or equivalent level 
• Technical skills required for the position : – Product knowledge- Industry knowledge- Automotive market knowledge 
• Behavioral competencies required for the position : – Communication skills- Negotiation skills- Persuasive skills 
• Language skills required for the position : – English- Bahasa Malaysia and other local languages  
• Certification required for the position : – Bachelor 
• Specific knowledge required for the position : – Industry knowledge
•  Level of experience required for the position : 5 Years above
