Job Description
The Services Sales Representative of Valve Services is responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers. The Services Sales Representative promotes the sale of SLB Valves and Actuator products and services to assigned accounts and optimizes sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans. This person must grow market share and bookings in Indonesia.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan client calls and makes regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts.
- To be familiar with company products, design principles, and safety aspects in order to act focal point for clients.
- Ensure customer problems arising from sales are responded to and appropriately managed.
- Maintain C4C for accounts, including customer profiling, organizational chart, visit reports, and customer drivers.
- Create and action an approved sales plan for assigned accounts.
- Identify and qualify all sales leads and opportunities for assigned accounts.
- Maintain opportunity pipeline.
- Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for promoting existing services and products and introducing new services and products.
- Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommend necessary changes and price increases.
- Provide support for receivables management.
- Provide remote assistance to clients during the installation and commissioning of valves and related equipment.
- Monitor the execution of maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing activities at customer location or SLB facility.

Ensure product and service delivery to SLB best practices and QSHE programs and systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 5-10 years minimum sales and commercial experience (sales, tendering, sales support, customer services representatives, product specialist or similar roles).
- Have knowledge of valve and actuation products.
- Experience with the function and operation of company products.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
