The successful applicant will gain a wide understanding of the Panametrics business and its product lines, develop expertise in managing large amounts of data including price lists, materials, Variant Configurable Material, Bill of Materials, classifications and e-commerce.
The SAP specialist will need to understand the existing business, map the data, manage the data cleanup activities and liaise with the technical teams to ensure we have the tools needed for a seamless day to day operation. The SAP specialist will participate in NPI process to release new products into the SAP system.
Finally, the SAP specialist will manage the Engineering change process from the ERP perspective, facilitating the process, resolving lock in the workflow and revise the data is clean, before it is release in SAP.
As an SAP Basis Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Monitor business processes, including but not limited to: Documentation release, Engineering Change Orders, creating a new parts, part lifecycle management in the ERP system.
- Create templates for the business processes
- Develop business KPI’s and reports within the process owned
- Develop control structures to ensure the accuracy and quality of data
- Define and execute data governance framework, policy, and standards.
- Train and assist users on processes, transactions
- Change Agent to drive system adoption
- Partner with DT to resolve data integrity gaps
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Have an experience with PDM/PLM systems
- Have an experience with Variant Configurator Modeling, classification construction
- Have an experience of Engineering data
- Have an SAP certification, SAP S4 HANA exposure
- Have an experience with Oracle
- Have decisiveness and leadership, demonstrated through commitment and relationship skills
- Have a clear thinking & ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Have strong Influencing skills to get stakeholders towards a single goal
- Have process oriented & proactive approach to problem solving
