We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Senior Asset Integrity Engineer to join our Exploration & Production division at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia, supporting our Sarawak operations. This critical role ensures the integrity of offshore and onshore facilities through robust inspection programs and risk-based strategies.
Activities
Your Impact
As a key member of the Inspection team, you will:
- Implement inspection programs for topside equipment, structures, risers, and subsea pipelines.
- Act as the technical focal point for integrity matters including corrosion, piping, mechanical static equipment, and structures.
- Conduct risk-based inspection (RBI) reviews and fitness-for-service evaluations.
- Coordinate inspection campaigns and manage anomaly assessments and repair prioritization.
- Monitor and report integrity KPIs, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining safety and reliability.
- Represent the inspection section in audits, technical committees, and risk workshops.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Candidate Profile
What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with proven expertise in asset integrity, corrosion management, or inspection engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RBI methodologies, FFS assessment, NDT, QA/QC, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in RBI software and integrity management systems.
- Offshore work experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stakes environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
