The Senior Commercial Specialist will report to Vice President Commercial and will be part of the Upstream team in the Commercial department.
Main responsibility will be to secure and develop the Company`s strategic, commercial and economic interests in license committees 
Negotiate new Joint Operating Agreements and amendments of existing Joint Operating Agreements.
Lead negotiations on WDNO operated assets
Responsible for negotiation of tie-in agreements, lifting and balancing agreements, unitization/harmonization agreements and other license agreements
Monitor and follow up of commercial license agreements.
Responsible for negotiation and follow up of oil transportation agreements and other agreements the Company enters into as an individual Shipper or a Shipper Group
Close cooperation with asset managers 
Work closely with BD on commercial evaluation of new business opportunities.
Cooperate closely with Legal, Finance and Area management department to influence and support internal teams

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from the oil and gas industry with extensive knowledge of the NCS
Commercial acumen and proven commercial track record
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and cooperate at a high level with internal and external decision makers

Strong skills in areas of facilitation, listening, influencing, decision making and network building
Calm working under pressure and dealing with unexpected events

Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian
