The position

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

    • Lead contracting activities by preparing and issuing tenders, conduct bid evaluation and negotiations, and prepare award recommendation
    • Perform demand and market analysis in both global and local markets.
    • Monitor performance and propose robust contract management and follow-up activities based with focus on minimizing value leakage, risks as well as promoting safety together with contract team
    • Drive process improvements in order to generate value for the organization
    • Ensure compliance with our governing Supply Chain Management processes, with a specific focus on Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract matters related to Subsea / EPCI scope.
    • Proactively ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.
    • Facilitate the development of our capabilities by working on multidisciplinary projects throughout the business.
    • Possess strong communication skills, demonstrating ability to create impact & connect with different stakeholders

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain management, including sourcing processes, negotiations, contract establishment, managing performance and relations for Subsea / EPCI scope.
    • Good awareness of the Brazil supplier market and understanding of establishing and promoting local content.
    • Advanced skills in English and Portuguese language
    • Strategic and commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven and flexible, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team across the organization.
    • Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
    • Possess strong communication skills, demonstrating ability to create impact & connect with different stakeholders.
