Senior Contracts Manager – Cologne, Germany

My Client is a large international consultancy who specialise in Petrochemical an Chemical projects globally. They have recently expanded into the clean fuels industry to increase their portfolio of work and are looking to expand their team. My Client is searching a Senior Contracts Manager who can be based in Germany for a 12 month renewable contract. 

The Senior Contracts Manager will be required to: 

Have 15+ years experience in Contracts management

Have experience in German contracts

Fluent German speaking

Develop project specific master documents

Review and award recommendations for contracts and commercials

Have thorough knowledge of business terms and conditions and lead negotiations

Prepare and review packages for enquiry such as SOW

Coordinate contracts engineers

Monitor performance and service level agreements

Have experience in developing and negotiating contract in engineering, construction, services, materials and equipment fields

Be accredited with a 4 year degree in contract management, sub contracts administration or procurement
