KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Accountabilities 

Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements. Take action to INTERVENE and STOP any un-safe activity or non-compliance with HSE requirements, if witnessed, and report the incident – regardless of your position or that of the transgressor 

Generic Accountabilities 

 Supervision 

Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives. Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives. Budgets Provide input for preparation of the Unit / Divisional budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver objectives.  Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control. Develop and manage the LNG shipping budget as part of  budget in line with the Project requirements and obligations under LNG SPAs.  Monitor expenditure against approved budget on a regular basis; investigate, highlight and reconcile any significant variances to ensure effective performance and cost control. 

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures 

Implement approved Unit / Divisional policies, processes, systems, Quality standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards. 

Performance Management  

Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Unit / Division in line with the Company Performance framework. Contribute to the development of the Project’s KPI’s and ensure proper cascade of the Performance objectives among the project team and establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure delivery of these objectives and promote a performance driven culture. Manage the implementation of the company Ruwais LNG Project (company RLNG) Performance Management System for individuals within the project team in accordance with company Ruwais LNG Project (company RLNG) approved guidelines. 

Innovation and Continuous Improvement 

Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function. 

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability 

Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and company Code of Practices. 

Reports 

Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management. 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Bachelor Degree
• 5 years of relevant or same experiences in the gas field operations
