Senior Drilling Supervisor (SDSV) – Altea Energy

Activities

• Lead daily rig activities and ensure compliance with the drilling program
• Supervise contractors and service companies to ensure execution per plan
• Report daily operations and participate in morning calls and look-ahead meetings
• Anticipate operational risks and ensure all required equipment/personnel are available
• Ensure rig HSE plan is implemented; conduct toolbox talks and site inspections
• Coordinate logistics to avoid downtime and optimize rig sequence
• Participate in audits and inspections as site representative

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 15+ years in drilling operations with at least 5 years as offshore supervisor
• IWCF is required
• Fluent in English & French.
