  • Provide environmental regulatory and permitting guidance and support for Equinor’s renewable and oil & gas operations in the US 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Equinor internal and US federal, state, and local regulations, laws, and requirements, as applicable:  
  • Coordinate environmental permitting activities (air, water, wastes and remediation) and maintain environmental records and associated documents  
  • Perform environmental risk assessments and communicate to relevant stakeholders 
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of environmental plans/documents (SPCC Plans, Waste Management Plans) 
  • Engage with field SSU staff and operations to coordinate and improve environmental compliance programsincluding periodic site visits 
  • Serve as a resource for environmental training for office/field personnel 
  • Participate in environmental audits including follow-up activities and closure of findings 
  • Assist environmental leader/advisor with environmental and climate data management, monitoring progress on emissions targets, input to internal reporting
