The SSPS ENSC Controller is responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing partnership with Operations and Finance teams to monitor business and financial risks and support open items mitigation/resolution
- Coordinating Business and Global Finance Organization to ensure accountability and high quality of processes
- Monitoring business processes to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, US/Local GAAP, external and internal audits.
- Supervising non-recurring transactions by assessing adherence with BH standard accounting policy and leading comprehensive review of Balance Sheet critical items (i.e. Account Reconciliation, Quarter end reporting) to ensure complete and accurate books and records
- Establishing proper documentation for critical financial and accounting processes to drive consistency and maintain diligence
- Leveraging influencing skills to achieve objectives, strong influencing of others.
- Growing junior team members.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with 10+ years of experience
- Show strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills nd be able to influence others and lead teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact, with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Display effective problem identification and solution skills, along with proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have controllership expertise would be considered as a plus.
