Context & Environment
- The environment is very dynamic and strong demand for analysis and information.
- Meet the strict deadline of monthly, quarterly and yearly dashboards and budget/LTP.
- Fulfill the frequent request of the shareholders and the local management.
Activities
- Prepare and analysis the monthly dashboards ex investment, WCR and P&L with comments vs the budget and previous year.
- Participate in the preparation of yearly budget, ER and LTP and provide the related comments and analysis in addition to the presentation required by the head office.
- Follow up the investment liquidation by project through a monthly follow up meeting with the management.
- Prepare and control margin analysis for nonfuel activity vs budget and N-1, in addition to fuel activities ex Network, GT, Aviation and lubricant.
- Participate in the month end closure by preparing the required accrual and analysis for variable cost and ensure its correctly reported and reflected in the margin.
- Follow up the fixed cost and provide the required accrual and budget provisions by business in addition to provide reliable analysis/comment as requested by management.
- Prepare the dashboard for CCNG business and provide comment vs budget and previous years.
- Prepare the analysis for OPSBA fixed cost and investment.
- Involve and support in the head office projects ex MAMBO, NCA, TOP, ARADOS…etc
- Technically review and validate purchase requisitions and ensure its correctly allocated to the right cost center/investment order and the right CAT material according to the reporting procedures.
- Responsible for uploading technical pricing condition and ensure its correctly presented in margin.
- Responsible for creating the customer master data and ensure all data are correct and according to the customer nature.
- Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
- Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities
- Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
- Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules
- Confronted with few risks when carrying out one’s activity
Candidate Profile
- BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance
- Additional qualification (e.g. CPA or CMA) a plus
- Work experience as a Controller or similar role
- Hands-on experience in Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modelling)
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint (presentations for management / business reviews)
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, and financial management software (SAP)
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and reliable
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- An ability to present and explain investment information and financial plans
