- Be part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
- Responsibility for building, maintaining and defending of static reservoir models
- Assist in well planning, data acquisition program and follow up of drilling
- Ensuring that results from geomodelling is integrated with other disciplines and communicated efficiently within subsurface teams, to project management and to JV partners
- Contribute to technical discussions related to reservoir modelling and collaborate efficiently with subsurface teams
- Contribute with coaching and mentoring
- Prepare high quality presentation material to be communicated in project team and to various stakeholders
- Arranging and follow up of third party studies.
- Relevant University degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in production/development geology and geomodelling

- Strong ownership mindset and the ability to perform and deliver high-quality prospect analysis
- Sound knowledge of Petrel is a must, other related software packages (RMS, SKUA) is positive
- Able to efficiently implement various sedimentological and structural geological concepts and scenarios into 3D-reservoir models
- Experience with well planning of geo-steered wells is a benefit
- Able to evaluate and implement geological risks and uncertainties in reservoir models by using uncertainty workflows
- Skilled to incorporate 3D-seismic data into static reservoir models
- Good cross-disciplinary understanding in well log interpretation and numerical reservoir simulation
- Previous experience with license work on NCS is a desired advantage
- Knowledge in coding skills (Python, VBA) with focus on scientific programming is positive, but not a requirement
- Fluency in English, oral and written
