The position
By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead on the administrative support to the Belgian Country Management Team, consisting of four managers.
- Plan and coordinate management meetings, Belgian Townhall meetings, and other events, including capturing minutes of the meetings.
- Be responsible for calendar administration, travel arrangements booking and administration including complex/risk business travel requirements.
- Support internal communications through the use of various communication channels related to Equinor in Belgium.
- Support basic accounting and vendor invoicing tasks.
- Be the Belgian contact point for queries on corporate procedures.
The Equinor team in Belgium provides global, specialised services in the treasury and tax area, as well as in corporate communication, Marketing Midstream & Processing. Due to extensive group activities and regular executive visitors, the country management team are looking for a Senior Management Assistant to act as an integral part of the business by ensuring that all formalities are taken care of. For the right candidate a reduced 80% work week is possibe.

- Extensive relevant experience, ideally in a Management Support / Management Administrator role, or similar.
- Experience of planning and coordinating meetings for high level stakeholders, including meeting minute taking.
- Experience with calendar administration, travel arrangements booking and administration including complex/risk business travel requirements.
- Digital knowledge and experience within Microsoft Suite, particularly with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Experience of using SAP would be an advantage.
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar, however relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
- Basic background and experience in accounting and controlling tasks would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English plus a similar fluency in Dutch and/or French.
- Flexibility required for occasional travel to the Brussels office.
