Take ownership for industry leading projects
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree. Primarily tactical responsibilities. This does not include general administrative work.
Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Demonstrate substantial experience (at least 4 years) in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of API 6A gate valves.
Have experience in the machining of carbon steel and inconel inlays
Have experience with weld inlay of 626 inconel over carbon steel
Have experience with hydrostatic and nitrogen gas test testing of valves up to 22,500 psi. use those 3 vs the API 6A valves
Have experience implementing Lean Manufacturing
Have good communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
