Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Building Services Design

• Preparation of Specifications and Tender Documents

• Project Management

• Project cost control and budgets.

• Presentations & Fee Bids to Clients

• Client Management

• Surveys

• Project Development Monitoring

Person Specification:

• Educated to Degree Level or with High Technical Qualifications.

• Ideally holds a relevant Mechanical or Building Services Engineering degree or equivalent; Chartered status desirable

• Diligent and pro-active

• Ability to prioritize and act on own initiative.

• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Flexible approach to work with a willingness to travel if necessary

• Technical expert, with REVIT / CAD knowledge, proficiency in mechanical services design/calculation software

• Able to work collaboratively across other disciplines

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

• Resilient, adaptable, and above all, keen and enthusiastic with a hunger to learn and diversify
