As Senior Product Expert, you’ll play a vital role for our customers in the GTS Engineering team. You will act as Engineering reference point for internal and external stakeholders in the region and globally.

As a Senior Product Expert, you will be responsible for:

·        Supporting Aero fleet (LM2500, LM6000 andLM9000) in service injecting expertise and support reliability program activities.

·        Leading remote troubleshooting activities/initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business though Root Cause analysis/technical investigation.

·        Assessing through data and leveraging fleet experience the risk for unit extended maintenance intervals beyond internal policy/identify the proper mitigation actions.

·        Developing empirical/analytical models to predict forced outage exposure, fallout rates at shop and replacement life limit of Gas Turbines capital parts.

·        Supporting the development of Hybrid Physics part life models and their implementation into the CBM-Online infrastructure interacting with the digital team.

·        Leading discussion with Customers injecting deep product expertise enhanced by digital and fleet experience.

·        Contributing to the development of talents though coaching or mentorship in the GTS engineering organization.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·        Have a Bachelor in Engineering with a minimum of 15 years relevant work experience.

·        Demonstrate solid knowledge of GTS products.

·        Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead stakeholder in complex matrix environments.

·        Have good oral and written communication skills.

·        Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.

·        Able to communicate in fluent English and Chinese.
