Senior Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with experience in leading middle and large scale projects (TIC of EUR 150m) in the renewable, refinery, chemical and/or petrochemical markets.

The right candidates who show superior leadership skills, in a complex multi-office environment, with an ability to provide innovative solutions to clients, is what we are looking for with this role.

Proven success in the execution of EPC & EPCm projects is a must have, as our office in Rotterdam, Hague, Hengelo has a specific market focus on Engineering, Procurement, Construction management.

Our client provides EPC & EPCm solutions to the Renewable, (Petro-) chemical, Paper, Recycling, Oil & Gas and Refining markets.

Key requirements:

• Demonstrate full commitment to Safety and Quality.
• Overall management of projects, including the contractual interfaces between the Clients.
• Leadership skills in Project Management with proven ability to successfully deliver complex multi-office projects from the feasibility study to EPCm phase.
• Senior professional with strong personal drive and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountable for the project success and providing strong direction for the team.
• Assures safe project execution to the client’s satisfaction, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements while maintaining bottom line responsibility for financial success.
• Plans and manages the work, managing the financial aspects of the project discipline, including the man hour estimates and margin goals.
• Excellent communication and co-ordination skills (both verbal and written).
• Master or bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of proven leadership experience as a Project Manager in the Renewable, Refinery, Petrochemical and/or Chemical Industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Open for travel and deputation to sites where required.
