Senior Quantity Surveyor

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – TEESSIDE – £50 – £60 P/H – INSIDE IR35 – HYBRID WORKING – 12+ MONTH CONTRACT

Our client are a leading engineering and design consultancy that specialise in projects across the oil & gas, chemical and industrial sectors.

They currently require the services of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support on a variety of oil, gas, and chemical projects across Teesside and Durham. Within this role you will be responsible for commercial and contract administration.

Duties are to include:

• Reviewing payment applications, commercial & contractual check then processing for payment
• Reviewing variations and change requests from a commercial & contractual perspective including ensuring the value is a true reflection of the change
• Administering the internal Change request process for funding or changes
• Management of budget & cash flow working with finance team
• Remeasure exercises (checking quantities)
• Payment notices
• Internal Change request process
• Management of financial budget with finance team

This position is Monday – Friday hybrid working.
