Quantity Surveyor

Reporting into the project, contracts and procurement manager for a global Renewables business your role will be to:

  • Manage all QS for multimillion-dollar contract value greenfield construction projects
  • Over see all QS aspects of Structural, mechanical, and piping for $300 + Million AUD Construction project
  • Managing primary contractor/EPC as primary client point of contact
  • Experience  with review the deliverables to ensure safety, suitability, and constructability
  • manage the project CIR and ensure actions from external reviews are implemented and closed out on time
  • liaise between the design consultant, ground support contractor and CIR to ensure required information is available so schedules and budgets can be achievedcivil review as required

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Quantity surveying degree
  • At least 10 years’ experience in:
    • Construction and projects
    • Renewable energy construction environment
    • RFQ, tender process, negotiation and commercial skills
    • Project management
