Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred. At least 3 years experience conducting negotiations with strong emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written along with superior communication and organizational skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance driven, team oriented environment. Position will be filled commensurate with experience. Good driving record required.
