As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be involved in planning and developing the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, exciting environment, you’ll work with exclusive product lines. You’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships, and thorough business understanding.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Being responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Performing technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Handling important clients for a product line
• Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
• Handling country or Large Territory
• Expanding the market and establishing strong relationship with the clients.
• Preparing market forecasts
• Following up on the payment collections
• Ensuring the mutually agreed localization plan is implemented
• Internal communication inclusiveness
• Meeting the company’s objectives/targets

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Sales, Projects and Management.
• Have experience in Subsea systems in preferable.
• Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to lead programs / projects.
• Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
