As a Service Delivery Manager – Oilfield Chemicals, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
  • Constructing business plans incorporating essential market drivers and all obtainable analytics.
  • Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
  • Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
  • Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process
  • Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
  • Leadership to Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
  • Leading and driving continuous cost-efficiency alternatives while maintaining excellence in service delivery, Preparation and handling required resources for growth including equipment.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience of a technical background in Oilfield Chemicals.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and multi-country management
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have an excellent operational background.
