Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and highly knowledgeable SharePoint Administrator for a 6–12-month W2 contract position based in Spring, TX. As a SharePoint Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing SharePoint, ensuring its smooth operation and effective utilization within the organization. This position involves heavy SharePoint maintenance, user interfacing, updating global distribution lists, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency. Although PowerBI experience is not mandatory, it would be a plus. You will also collaborate closely with Companie’s IT team to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.



  • Perform comprehensive SharePoint maintenance tasks, including resolving issues, verifying and validating fixes, and distributing updates to ensure consistent and secure platform functionality.
  • Utilize best practices to devise strategic plans for SharePoint usage, effectively communicating with users and conducting surveys if necessary.
  • Identify and eliminate redundant processes and content, streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Maintain user interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience for all SharePoint users.
  • Update and manage global distribution lists to ensure accurate and efficient communication within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Companie’s IT team, facilitating effective integration and seamless collaboration between systems.



  • Extensive experience as a SharePoint Administrator, with a strong proficiency in SharePoint 365.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve problems within SharePoint, ensuring its consistent and secure functionality.
  • Skilled in devising strategic plans using best practices, effectively communicating with users, and conducting surveys when required.
  • Experience in conducting maintenance tasks, managing user interfaces, and updating global distribution lists.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to streamline operations and reduce redundancy.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Companie’s IT team.


Note: This position is a 6–12-month W2 contract and does not allow C2C arrangements. The work will be conducted on-site in Spring, TX.
