The Shipping Operative will be reliable, self-motivated & reactive, and work on their own or with others to meet deadlines. Duties include tasks related to sales order staging, inventory management, picking, packing, and loading trucks of varying size.

As a Shipping Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking parts or products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.

  • Performing physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts.

  • Transacting inventory and delivery details in SAP.

  • Completing essential internal or external documentation (including sales order, delivery documentation, certification, final shipping packing list).

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a Leaving Cert or local equivalent.

  • Be fluent in English and eligible to work in Ireland, holding an Irish Passport/work permit with no requirement for future sponsorship.

  • Have knowledge of quality and inventory control.

  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

  • Have SAP or other ERP Materials Management experience.

  • Have a good, positive and proactive attitude.

  • Be a good team player.

  • Monday to Friday – 0900-1700hrs – overtime as and when required.
