As a Site Director- CPM, you will be involved in all contract performance related activities. The position is required to be responsible for project management planning/coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Site Director-CPM, you will be responsible for:
- Performing in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
- Assuring timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project and negotiating changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
- Be responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to the contract. Performing proposal negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision.
- Providing support to managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
- Functioning as the liaison for the customer on contract matters.
- Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
- Handling complex medium-term project processes.
- Variety due to customization to client needs.
- Handling important business unit clients.
- Complex processes require the involvement of many stakeholders, both at the client side and internally.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM).
- Extensive experience in gas turbine
- Extensive experience in mangling customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Be able to work and communicate well with others
