This is an opportunity to expand your capabilities in both the development and pre-construction spheres.
Responsibilities within this vacancy include:
-Reviewing planning applications prior to submission;
-Liaising with and assisting the development team to address findings and foresee any potential planning issues;
-Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders effectively;
-Eager to expand understanding of the energy market;
-Liaising and negotiating with landowners alongside a Land and Estates Manager on both development sites and access routes;
-Review and approval of scoping reports, draft EIA reports and ES chapters;
