  • A tailor-made combination of practical on-the-job training supplemented by selected technical training courses for a duration of 24 months as an initial development phase with an unlimited hiring contract

Description of our SPEAD Programme for Project Management Specialists:

  • Take responsibility as a project management (PM) specialist in various multi-discipline E&P projects throughout the entire project life-cycle
  • Contribute to energy transition projects
  • Collaborate closely with local PMO & Global Project Delivery function. Deliver PM services according to internal and external standards and requirements.
  • Support and perform project cost estimation, monitoring and controlling
  • Support in project risk identification and mitigation.
  • Utilize PM tools and applications.
  • Assist the projects in project planning and support setting and maintaining project schedules
  • Team-work and communicate with team colleagues, project managers, line managers and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Take ownership in supporting other project knowledge areas & services  (e.g. procurement)

  • Master degree, equivalent or PhD (industrial engineering / – management, E&P disciplines or related studies)
  • University study in a reasonable timeframe and demonstrable academic achievement
  • At least one E&P relevant internship
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • International experience (internship and/or study abroad, school exchange)
  • Strongly developed social and interpersonal skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to work internationally
  • Commitment to follow and promote company HSEQ policy
