Description of our SPEAD Programme for Project Management Specialists:
- Take responsibility as a project management (PM) specialist in various multi-discipline E&P projects throughout the entire project life-cycle
- Contribute to energy transition projects
- Collaborate closely with local PMO & Global Project Delivery function. Deliver PM services according to internal and external standards and requirements.
- Support and perform project cost estimation, monitoring and controlling
- Support in project risk identification and mitigation.
- Utilize PM tools and applications.
- Assist the projects in project planning and support setting and maintaining project schedules
- Team-work and communicate with team colleagues, project managers, line managers and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Take ownership in supporting other project knowledge areas & services (e.g. procurement)

- Master degree, equivalent or PhD (industrial engineering / – management, E&P disciplines or related studies)
- University study in a reasonable timeframe and demonstrable academic achievement
- At least one E&P relevant internship
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
- International experience (internship and/or study abroad, school exchange)
- Strongly developed social and interpersonal skills
- High flexibility and willingness to work internationally
- Commitment to follow and promote company HSEQ policy
