This position supports key aspects of tax reporting and compliance across both domestic and international operations.
- Assist with preparation of annual tax provision estimates and collaborate with Financial Planning to integrate tax impacts into the monthly Earnings and Cashflow Forecasts and Operating Plans.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions and related disclosures (ASC 740).
- Responding to external auditor requests and assisting with other financial reporting deliverables.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and accounting standards and assess potential impacts.
- Prepare various monthly tax account reconciliations.
- Maintain/monitor internal tax control processes.
- Assist with preparation of U.S. federal and international tax compliance.
- Assist with preparation of local country tax compliance.
- Participate in process improvements and technology implementation within the tax function.
- Special projects and research as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA license or actively pursuing.
- 2-5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
- Income tax provision/ASC 740 experience (preferred).
- Tax Forecasting/Financial Planning experience a plus.
- Oil and Gas industry experience a plus.
- Experience with tax software and advanced functions of Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Requires strong working relations with various groups within the Tax Department.
- Ability to interact effectively with other corporate departments and various levels of management.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
