Our Client is a large building contractor requiring a Storekeeper to work within the main stores receiving various orders.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Overall management of the company stores
  • Maintaining records of all store supplies and liaising with procurement regarding replenishment
  • Issuing delivery notes for internal and external orders
  • Arranging deliveries to various sites throughout the island
  • Ensuring al deliveries are recorded
  • Ensuring appropriate storage, identification and organisation of construction materials
  • Receiving, inspecting and documenting all deliveries of materials and supplies
  • Maintaining manual and system based inventory logs
  • Undertaking regular stock audits and generating inventory reports
  • Managing any returns or damaged goods
  • Coordinating with engineer, project managers and suppliers to ensure timely flow of required materials

This is a full time Monday to Friday role with overtime available.
