Senior Structural Engineer / Designer – Location: Rotterdam or Eindhoven

Your Role
Independently designing structural systems for various utility buildings
Creating models and performing calculations using state-of-the-art software
Leading, mentoring, and coaching junior colleagues
Contributing to exciting, high-impact projects from concept to completion
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes
What You Bring
10+ years of experience and a genuine passion for structural engineering
A completed degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BSc/MSc level)
Proficiency with tools such as Technosoft and SCIA Engineer
Strong communication skills and a results-driven, team-oriented mindset
A creative, problem-solving attitude with an innovative approach
