- Be part of the Offshore Substation Area Product Line team and contribute to building competitive project deliveries by driving value optimization and standardization.
- Deliver product scope as an integrated part of the project, including technical product concept and recommended suppliers and ways of working.
- Work as structural engineer responsible for follow up of offshore substations (i.e. jacket and topside) for Offshore Wind projects.
- Secure technical integrity and barriers in design and execution within structural discipline, and ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and technical requirements.
- Prepare the ITT (invitation to tender) for studies, follow up the tender process and studies and follow up contractors front end engineering and design studies and detailed design.
- Ensure necessary dialogue with interfacing disciplines and contribute to resolving interface issues.
- Review of relevant documents (design brief, analysis reports, drawings etc).
- Interface with third party verification agent and national authorities as required.
