About the Bogota Information Technology Center (BITC) 


The Bogota Information Technology Center (BITC) has a fundamental and critical role in SLB corporate transformation and for delivering digital solutions to the larger organization. About this role 


SLB  has an opening in Bogota, India for a Business Process Analyst, who will be responsible for working with Human Resources Design team for deployment and sustaining of our SuccessFactors Employee Central to Rest of the World.




  • Support and Sustain the SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solution deployed within SLB  to support HR transactional activities
  • Deliver new technical business systems solutions by executing project(s) from end-to-end, by participating in activities ranging from technical requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, technical process documentation, system configuration (technical system, custom)
  • Proactively scan for and resolve any system-related technical issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality.
  • Coordinate extensively with business users, functional and cross-functional team members, developers, integration resources, third party vendors, and governance team members on technical issues and new, non-standard system development




  • Should be able to work with global team across various time zones
  • Create a culture of integrity and compliance




  • Hands on Employee Central configuration experience (Configuration of Business Rule, Workflow, MDF objects etc.)
  • Experience in integrating Employee Central with other SuccessFactors Module
  • Understanding of other SuccessFactors Modules
  • Understanding of Online Report Designer Tool and Role Based Permissions
  • Understanding of integration technologies for SAP SuccessFactors (CPI, BIB etc.)




  • Engage with the business segments and internal stakeholders to capture SuccessFactors Employee Central requirements
  • Work closely with transaction analysts and SMEs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders associated with IT


External Presence


  • Participate in technical forums and other appropriate events.


Qualifications and Requirements 


Essential qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules
  • 3 to 5 Yrs. Experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in configuration & processes SAP HR (Personnel Administration and Organisation Management)


Other skills and abilities 


  • An understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes, people and SAP HR systems.
  • Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking.
  • Open to travel abroad.
  • Willingness to cross-train across other SuccessFactors application areas (technical, not end-user) and/or other employee-facing products that integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
