Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in Well Intervention requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently.
Partner with the best
Learns the basics of the assigned trade by working on site in the engineering department and concurrently attending college classes. Works under the supervision of a qualified craftsman. Learns by observation and asking questions. Maintains logbook of completed work, which is assessed against national standards by an external assessor.
As a Summer Intern – Warehouse and Yard, you will be responsible for:
- Loading or unloading freight
- Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations
- Packing and unpacking of goods
- Stocking received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production
- Picking materials, components & products and delivers them to Production or shipping
- Ensuring the work area is maintained in a safe and proper condition through correct handling and storage of equipment and
tools - Conducting other duties as assigned
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience of working within a Material Handling or Warehouse role
- Have Forklift truck license (T4) – required for this role
- Have Logistics certificate of apprenticeship. (Logistikk Fagbrev) – preferrence
