The position
By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:
- Work at Supply Base location.
- Coordinate, plan and have overall responsibility over Supply Base safety, security, and operations. Including activities performed at quayside, bulk transference, pipe yard, warehouses, waste management, tank cleaning, pipe inspection, manage container fleet and office facilities.
- Lead and enhance overall Supply Base safety culture, by being a role model and active performing safety verifications and campaigns.
- Guarantee compliance to Equinor Governing Documents, Brazilian Legislation, and good practices.
- Ensure port call process execution, sharing information with vessels and Logistics stakeholders. Coordinate vessel’s loading/offloading activities according to Offshore requirements.
- Monitor all demands and activities at the base following operational execution, setting priorities, including vessels operations, load and unloading of trucks, forklifts and crane operations, warehouse operations and manpower distribution.
- Perform Safety verifications in all areas, focusing on drops objects, housekeeping and safe handling of materials.
- Close control of supply Base cost forecast and target.
- Drive operational performance. Create, analyse, report, and follow up KPI’s and base service level agreement (SLA)

You

- + 7 years of experience in similar position in oil and gas industry.
- Fluent English preferred.

- Leadership abilities and capacity.
- Continuous improvement mindset and able to work according to Lean principles and drive digital transformation.
- Cost conscious and with commercial thinking
- Good communication skills.
